Modern Work HR Award Insight

Take a closer look at how our 2025 winners impressed the jury through three inspiring case studies showcasing their approaches to Modern Work.

Last year’s findings highlight a clear shift: excellence is no longer defined solely by the adoption of new tools or policies, but by how effectively these are embedded into everyday operations. The most forward-looking organisations are those that successfully align their workforce, ways of working, and workplace design into a coherent and future-ready model.

Through this report, we aim to provide insights into the practices shaping modern workplaces today and highlight the priorities leaders should consider for the future.
