Job Description
As Events and Communications Executive, you will be responsible for delivering engaging events as well as support the delivery of high-quality communication strategies in close collaboration with SwissCham’s Events and Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Events Management
- Act as a focal point for a selected number of SwissCham’s Committees and support them in the planning of exciting events that leave a lasting impression, from negotiating with suppliers to designing invitations and promoting events.
- Support the delivery of SwissCham’s key and flagship events
- Design visuals, flyers, invitations and EDMs for the promotion of events through SwissCham’s Glue Up webpage
- Ensure seamless event logistics by managing registrations, attendance, and providing on-site support during our events
Communication Management
- Be responsible for updates of the SwissCham Webpage in liaison with SwissCham’s Events and Marketing Manager
- Act as focal point for SwissCham’s Member privileges program (content coordination and updates)
- Create content and design visuals for SwissCham’s communication channels (website, Social media platforms, event banners, PPTs, and EDMs)
- Support social media management (content creation, scheduling, and engagement) helping increase SwissCham’s visibility.
Other tasks
- Write meeting minutes and take notes
Requirements
- All passholders welcome. Must be based in Singapore already (no relocation)
- Degree in communication, media, business, or a related field
- Proficient computer skills and good design skills for social media, websites and newsletters
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to accuracy in work
- Strong digital and content capabilities: social media, Canva Pro, video editing, PPT.
- Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
- Affinity with the Swiss community in Singapore
- Excellent English language skills; Proficiency in French or German is a plus.
