Annie Lim

Annie is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience across pharmaceutical, life sciences, and technology industries. She has held senior leadership roles at GSK, Danaher Corporation, Sanofi, and Citrix, leading HR strategies across global and APAC regions. Annie has a proven track record in developing and implementing workforce strategies that enhance talent engagement, productivity, and diversity. Her work has been instrumental in embedding diversity and inclusion into human capital strategies, fostering a motivated and dynamic workforce.

Annie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing as well as a Master's in Counseling from Monash University (Australia) and Master's degree in Human Resource Development (HRD) from The George Washington University (USA). She is an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF-PCC), a certified trainer with Workforce Singapore (ACTA/CFP), and holds certifications including IHRP-SP, SHRM-SCP (US), and FCIPD (UK).
