Given the rapid digital transformation in today’s organizations, the need for data-driven decision-making in HR has become essential. The course will focus on understanding the application of data analytics to examine common HR challenges. Each session will develop a specific aspect of people analytics including:

• Collecting the most relevant and useful data
• Technical skills to source, analyze, and visualize HR data
• Determining the impact these characteristics have on employee performance, retention, and company profitability
