As part of the AI Leadership Series by SwissCham Singapore, our Young Professionals Committee, People & Skills Committee and St.Gallen Institute of Management in Asia (SGI-HSG) hosted a hands-on workshop focused on turning AI into a practical daily work partner.
Led by Wu Chengying, Co-Founder of Chat Plus, the session explored practical ways to use AI to:
- Clean up messy data and turn it into usable information
- Build Excel formulas and templates faster
- Organise and analyse customer feedback
- Turn raw data into clear visual dashboards
- Combine information from multiple files
- Identify and correct AI-generated errors
The key message: you do not need a technical background to make AI useful in your everyday workflow. The real opportunity lies in knowing how to apply it to the tasks that take up time every day.
The workshop also provided an opportunity for participants to exchange tips, experiences and practical use cases during informal networking afterwards.
