Past event The Future of Work: Learning, Talent and Transformation 2026
On the 1st of July 2026, the SwissCham Singapore People & Skills Committee, in collaboration with NACE, hosted The Future of Work: Learning, Talent & Transformation.
The session opened with our People & Skills Committee Chair, Andrea Cheng, introducing the Modern Work HR Award and its role in recognising innovative HR practices. We then explored key insights from the Modern Work HR Award 2025, drawing on last year's submissions and winning initiatives.
A big thank you to Charles Disneur for presenting the findings, and to our 2025 award winners and panellists, Angela Chen, Hong Ming Lin, and Jill Lee, for sharing their experiences with the award process, showcasing their HR initiatives, and offering valuable perspectives on the future of work. Than you to Michael Jenkins, a member of the 2025 Modern Work HR Award jury, for expertly moderating the panel discussion and guiding an engaging and insightful conversation.
The panel discussion was followed by a presentation from Azizah Mohd (NACE), who shared how Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) can support business growth by aligning workforce development with today's HR priorities.
A special thank you to NACE Led by NYP for being our Knowledge Partner for the third consecutive year for the Modern Work HR Award. NACE continues to play a key role in supporting organisations through structured, forward-looking workplace innovation, learning platforms, and workplace certifications.
