Past event | International Women's Day (IWD) 2025: Cross Chamber Networking
Happy International Women’s Day!
In celebration of IWD 2025, SwissCham Singapore was proud to join BLCC Singapore and fellow Chambers for IWD 2025 – Accelerate Action, a collaborative event dedicated to advancing gender equality.
The evening brought together members from across the international business community for meaningful conversations and impactful exchanges, all aimed at driving real change.
After a warm welcome cocktail, participants gathered around themed discussion tables, each focused on a key topic critical to accelerating gender parity:
- Closing the Gender Pay Gap – How can we accelerate progress within our organizations and industries?
- The Role of Education – How can education challenge traditional gender roles and promote equality from an early age?
- Promoting Women’s Leadership – What strategies can we implement to foster leadership opportunities and career advancement for women?
- Supporting Women Entrepreneurs – What initiatives can help women thrive in entrepreneurship and business development?
The event was a true catalyst for fresh ideas, diverse perspectives, and collective commitment. We look forward to building on these conversations and driving action throughout the year.
