A Meaningful Saturday with SwissCham

SwissCham members and their families came together to support the North West Community Development Council’s pop-up supermarket initiative—an inspiring effort that empowers beneficiaries to choose the items they need with dignity.

Our volunteers took on roles ranging from personal shoppers and number callers to checkout assistants and stock replenishment. It was heartwarming to see everyone pitch in with such enthusiasm and care.

We were honored by the presence of local MP Christopher de Souza, who warmly engaged with both our members and the beneficiaries, adding a special touch to the day.

This meaningful activity gave SwissCham members a chance to experience a different side of Singapore—beyond the buzz of the CBD—and to connect through shared purpose.
