Carlos Estrada

Carlos Estrada is the SVP General Counsel and Integrity & Compliance Officer for the APAC & Middle East regions at The Adecco Group, the world’s leading talent advisory and solutions company.
He manages the legal and compliance function in over 16 countries with a team of 50+ talented professionals.
Coming from an M&A background both in private practice at Uría Menéndez and in-house, Carlos holds an LLB from ESADE and an LLM & Business Administration Certificate from Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management.
In 2022, he was included in the “Legal 500 GC Powerlist: South East Asia” and won “General Counsel of the Year” by The Asia Legal Awards.
