Jireh Goh

Jireh Adrian Goh (J) is an established HR leader currently serving as the People & Culture Lead at Roche. He is an integral part of two dynamic leadership teams: Singapore Pharmaceuticals and APAC Established Products. In this pivotal role, J is on a mission to empower individuals to enhance their leadership effectiveness, ultimately making a profound impact on patient well-being. 

Previously, J was the Global Commercial Strategic Pipelining Lead, where he played a central role at the Roche group level. He actively contributed to shaping, implementing, and improving Global Talent Management and Innovation practices across the Commercial organization, spanning Roche Pharmaceuticals and Diagnostics. J's unwavering commitment to Agile Transformation and Organization Development is evident through his successful delivery of initiatives within the Malaysian Pharmaceutical affiliate. Working closely with the local leadership team, he co-created transformative strategies that encompassed business, people, and culture, all in alignment with the pursuit of agility and customer-centricity. 

With over 15 years of experience in commercial leadership within Executive Search and Leadership Consulting across the Asia Pacific region, J brings a wealth of knowledge to his consulting and coaching endeavors. He specializes in areas such as Leadership Development, Organizational Agility, and Career Navigation, all fueled by his passion for nurturing both individual and organizational growth. 

J is not only dedicated to his professional pursuits but is also a passionate learner. He continuously broadens his horizons in areas such as Design Thinking & Innovation, System & Enterprise Thinking, and Industrial Organizational Psychology. Beyond the corporate life, J enjoys immersing himself in the performing arts, savoring culinary experiences, and tackling adventurous hikes—all of which fuels his creativity in his professional life.
