Ying Ying is a dynamic and accomplished General Manager with more than 16 years
of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She is currently leading Roche
Pharmaceuticals in Singapore with a passionate focus on working collaboratively
with partners across the healthcare ecosystem to ensure that patients have access
to the medicines they need. 

Ying Ying's leadership and expertise have been honed through various local, regional
and global positions within Roche. Prior to her current role, she was the Integrated
Strategy Leader in hematology for Roche's global product strategy team, where she
led early disease strategy evaluation and launch planning. Her career journey is
characterized by a track record of advancing patient care in the region through
numerous initiatives and commercial successes.

In addition to her business accomplishments, Ying Ying is committed to building
frameworks that foster collaboration and engagement in cross-functional and
cross-region teams. She is a highly respected coach and mentor, both within and
outside of the APAC region, placing significant emphasis on people development as
an integral part of her management approach.

Ying Ying holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science from the National
University of Malaysia. She is passionate about advancing patient care and is deeply
committed to fostering collaboration and mentorship.
