Timeline of Award

Timeline:

The HR Award 2024 process is designed to be straightforward and supportive. Here is a brief overview:

  • Digital Assessment: Prepare for the three open-ended questions within 2000 words. Submit a questionnaire or schedule a personal call for a comprehensive assessment.
  • Submit Entry Form: Reserve a meeting hour on your calendar to answer yes/no questions. Submit and save your answers; you can always come back and change your responses before September 28.
  • Jury Review: Relax, and we will contact you if additional documents are needed. You'll have two weeks to provide them. The jury evaluates your entry and provides feedback if it doesn't meet the threshold. High-scoring entries advance to the final phase.
  • HR Award Ceremony: Outstanding winners who win the jury's hearts will be invited to SwissCham’s year-end dinner, where we will celebrate your company’s success and you will receive a trophy.

By following these steps, you’ll navigate the HR Award process smoothly, showcasing your accomplishments and potentially earning recognition.
